In worst case scenario you will walk away with an action plan how to step out of this never ending cycle of people pleasing.
How many more “yes'es” will have passed you by, adding to a life that doesn’t reflect You?
I get it—people-pleasing is hard to break. I’ve been there, feeling like saying “no” isn’t an option, always putting others first and hoping they’d finally see my worth.
I told myself I was being helpful. But I knew deep down it was draining me, piece by piece.
But that cycle? It takes over. It can drive every decision you make—at home, at work, even with friends. Before you know it, every decision starts revolving around others. Every day, another piece of you gets put aside.
That feeling of having to be “on” all the time, making sure everyone around you is happy. You keep hoping—maybe they’ll finally appreciate it. Maybe if you give enough, they’ll see your worth.
But here’s what really happens: they get used to it. And you’re left feeling invisible, empty, stuck.
I remember coming home at the end of the day, wiped out. I’d done everything for everyone, and it felt like no one even noticed.
That night it hit me, and I asked myself, “When was the last time I did something just for me?” And I couldn’t answer.
And I did. I figured out a way to start saying “no” without guilt. To put my own needs first, without feeling selfish.
Today, I help other women do exactly that. I know how to break this cycle because I’ve lived it. I’ve been on both sides.
Take this opportunity to see how you can start breaking free from people-pleasing.
To have your needs matter just as much as everyone else’s.
No more feeling bad about choosing what’s right for you. No more resentment building up from the endless “yeses” you didn’t want to give.
To finally feel heard and respected.
To make choices that reflect who you really are. Without guilt or shame.
Picture waking up each day, feeling confident and grounded. Your choices are finally your own - decisions that reflect your goals, your values, and the life you actually want.
You know how to set boundaries, and you don’t second-guess yourself.
Think about your relationships for a moment.
Imagine feeling truly accepted and respected by those around you, not just for what you give or do for them, but for who you are.
They listen to you, value your time, and know that you won’t simply bend to keep the peace.
And the energy you’d get back? Without the constant stress of meeting everyone else’s expectations, you’d have space to do things that actually bring you joy. To start that hobby, take that class, or simply rest without feeling “lazy.”
How would it feel to know that you’re living each day as the person you want to be—not the person you think everyone else needs?
To be able to trust yourself and feel fully at home in your own life?
Take this opportunity to see how you can start breaking free from people-pleasing.
